Our history
The Washington Korean Golf Association (WKGA) was created with the vision of creating a vibrant and inclusive community for Korean-American golfers in the Washington area. WKGA has grown from a small assembly of friends into a prominent non-profit organization that hosts numerous tournaments, social events, and charitable activities throughout the year. With a commitment to fostering camaraderie and cultural pride, WKGA not only provides a platform for golf enthusiasts to hone their skills but also serves as a bridge connecting generations and promoting Korean heritage. Over the years, WKGA has made significant contributions to the community, supporting various local causes and inspiring a new generation of golf.

The mission of the Washington Korean Golf Association is to promote the sport of golf within the Korean community in the Washington DC area. The association offers a range of programs, tournaments, and events designed to foster community engagement.
